Hi there, TEST!

I just returned from a Baltic cruise. 🚢 My heart … and brain … are still catching up with everything I heard, felt, and witnessed. 👀

We take a cruise with this group typically once every year. Over the past decade, we have seen places we would never have visited … had it not been on a cruise itinerary. 🗒️

And, we would never know how much expansion and joy we were missing.

Several times during the voyage … on sea days … we have a workshop where questions are answered for those called to the “hot seat.”

Two deeply charged questions … one about a stubborn health issue, the other about our current political climate … produced surprisingly similar recommendations.

At first glance, they might seem unrelated. But in both cases, the core issue was the same: toxic overload.🤯

Not just in the body or the headlines, but in the energetic field we’re contributing to.

And then something landed with me in a whole new way:

“Are you protesting … or advocating?”

I’ve studied Law of Attraction for decades. I would have expected to hear about resistance vs. allowing.

But this reframe sparked a next level understanding. ✨

Because it’s easy … isn’t it … to stay focused on the problem.

To fight the pain, the fatigue, the injustice.

To protest what’s wrong … loudly or silently.

With Law of Attraction, it doesn’t matter whether you’re thinking, speaking … or feeling it.

You’re directing your energy. And … energy is energy.🔮

What we resist, we reinforce.

Advocating is the same … only different.

Advocating is about standing for something, not just against something. We’re using our energy for creation.

It may be quieter … but it’s far more powerful.🌪️

In your body, this might look like focusing on improving your nourishment instead of how depleted you feel.

In your life, it might mean choosing rest, even when the to-do list is calling.

In the world, it could mean cultivating calm in the middle of chaos.

This is what we’re practicing inside Wellness Warriors. And what I remind myself of every single day.

It’s not about ignoring reality. It’s about becoming the kind of presence that changes it.

So let me leave you with the question that’s now echoing in my own mind:

Are you protesting … or advocating?

Either way, it’s your point of attraction.
