In my research recently, I stumbled on something I have been overlooking as I help women deal with the symptoms of menopause. It wasn’t a new idea …
… especially not for me.
But I haven’t seen it mentioned in any of the readily available information.
Anemia causes fatigue and other confusing symptoms.
And it’s made worse by stress.
How do I know?
I was diagnosed with anemia in my early 30s. I reversed it with an improved iron-rich diet but I still have to watch for signs of deficiencies.
And take action.
In my experience, anemia isn’t given much consideration. If it were, measuring vitamins D and B12 along with ferritin would be standard for every blood panel … especially for women.
If you’re chronically tired, it’s a good idea to get your blood checked. I can help you if your doctor won’t run the extra tests.
Anemia is caused by a nutrient deficiency. Improving your diet will help but it may not solve the problem.
Trust me when I say that medication or relying on supplementation (at least long-term) won’t solve it either.
It’s possible that a toxic build-up is making it challenging to absorb and transform the nutrients you’re consuming to nourish your blood.
You can’t supplement around that!
The toxic build-up has to be removed.
I evaluate 12 categories of toxicity because we have to know what we’re dealing with.

We need to whip up a detox protocol that is equally well-suited for the job.
