I spent the last few days at a conference with over 2,000 fellow health care professionals.
The conference started with a reminder that taking supplements does very little good … and might even escalate a problem … if toxicity hasn’t been addressed.
But, this isn’t new to me or YOU if you’ve been following me for even a short period of time. I don’t recommend taking supplements long-term. And, I only recommend supplements that address a known deficiency.
This gets tricky. What if blood work shows that there IS a deficiency?
My question would be … how likely is it that the blood is deficient BECAUSE toxicity is inhibiting the body’s ability to assimilate raw building blocks (nutrients, etc.)?
Medical doctors would typically prescribe a medication. Most functional medicine practitioners would recommend a supplement (or a few of them).
In my experience (100% of the cases I review), toxicity has accumulated. It must be addressed first. I use a proprietary process that evaluates which toxins are creating an energetic disturbance in the body.
This points us in the right direction … and provides the “instructions” for the protocol used for the first phase of the FATEEG Formula.
But what if you’re not ready to apply the comprehensive FATEEG Formula Program? It IS a 4 to 6-month commitment.
There is something you can do at home and with a super small investment of time and money.
It’s what I refer to as a Human Energy System Reboot and it’s what everyone coming into the FATEEG Formula Program does in the first couple of weeks in the Program.
I made it available recently so that ANYONE can take advantage of it.
I’m not going to “sugar coat” it. It will require that you make some changes … even if only for a week.
It’s about as comfortable as rebooting your computer when you have 50 tabs open. You know the computer will work so much better … but you may feel anxious.
What if one of those tabs links to something you needed?
If you delay the inevitable, a process you had the ability to control is taken out of your hands. It’s called a spontaneous reboot!
There’s nothing quite like walking into your office to find that your computer updated overnight. Your day is definitely not starting the way you intended … picking up where you left off.
It’s best not to delay the reboot with your computer. And, it’s even more risky to delay a reboot when it comes to your health.
So, you can do something for yourself today … take a bit of action and check out the page I created to explain the Reboot HERE.
It’s a one week process “bookended” by a couple of days of preparation and a day of reflection. And, it only takes about a half hour most days.
You will feel better AND learn a lot … in just 10 days.
