2025:24 Summer Travel Survival – Don’t Forget This …🛫

minute/s remaining

I just arrived home this week after a full day of travel. It’s got me thinking about how often travel comes with a … 😩

Whether it’s long lines, missed meals, recycled air, or just the energy it takes to change location … your body knows.

And often, it lets you know it’s overwhelmed shortly after arrival.

That’s why it’s so common for people to come down with something right after they land. Not because they “caught something” on the plane, but because travel challenges the immune system. It introduces unfamiliar bugs and asks your nervous system to do a lot of heavy lifting.

So what’s a Wellness Warrior to do?

First, give your immune system a little extra love: 💖

And, if you’re a member, don’t forget to bring your Aware Appreciation™ journal. It’s a powerful stress antidote 🧉

Second, as soon as you arrive, get grounded. Literally.

And if you’re crossing time zones, ⌚ light is your best friend. The rising and setting sun helps recalibrate your internal clock far better than melatonin ever could.

Travel is a beautiful thing … but it’s not neutral. So this summer, take your wellness wisdom with you.

Protect your energy. Support your system. And give your body what it needs to enjoy the journey. ✈️

Want more practical ways to stay balanced … even on the go? Wellness Warrior members have a virtual toolbox 💼to use wherever life takes them.
