Developing awareness … especially self-awareness … is one of the best uses of your time. It was essentially the focus of my first book, “Sage Advice™.” 📚

So, over the past 40 years, I’ve studied more systems for exploring self than I could list here … without boring you to pieces.

When I heard about a new “shiny object” self-awareness system a few years ago, I will admit I was tempted to explore it. But, it never made it to the top of the priority list … until recently.

This system is a blend of many ancient wisdom systems. Creating my own chart produced remarkable eye-opening insight.

My response?🤔

The system is referred to as â€śHuman Design.” It’s a hybrid making use of astrology and the iChing primarily.

So, it takes a lot to impress me. Yet, this has.

As I study it more, I’ll share additional insights I believe you’ll find useful to reduce stress. I’ve already got quite a few ideas but need to put more thought into it.

In the meantime, you can develop awareness amplified with my Aware Appreciation™ tool. You can find it in the resources assembled in the MOLT Method™Program.
