I walked in the snow ☃️ this week … in Hilton Head. Cold weather isn’t my jam but there’s something refreshing about snow. 

Clean. White. Sparkly!

It brings back fond memories with my beloved Westie, Duncan. We lived in Colorado for a couple of years and he LOVED the snow. I put his fur lined coat on and we’d take off on a romp. 🧥

As a collective, we’re dealing with some major energetic shifts right now. If you’re feeling confused or conflicted, you’re not alone.

This is a good time to step back … or away. 👣Tune into your own thoughts and feelings. Become aware of what your priorities are and where you may not be honoring them.

This requires awareness. I’ve been sharing practices that help to develop awareness for decades and many of those made the cut … being incorporated into the MOLT Method™ I developed.
