2025:3 80 is the new 40 🫡

minute/s remaining

From the 80s to the 40s.

The outside temperature 🥶 is not my preference. If you’re one of those people who enjoys the cold damp winters in the south, I applaud you. 👏

The beach is still there … I just want no part of it.

You may be a snowbird. That is one approach. Still, it’s not easy. I need my stuff!

Let’s distract ourselves.

Think about going from the 80s to the 40s with a different mindset.

If we’re going to live past 100 (I’ve been discussing some of the insights from “The 100 Year Life” book), then this is not much of a stretch.

And, if we want to enjoy our 80s, 90s and beyond, we need to live like we’re in our 40s and 50s.

Have you longed to do something? Is there a voice in your head that tells you it’s too late or you’re too old?

Simply NOT TRUE!

You’re NEVER too old.

Allow yourself to consider options you may have only thought possible in your 30s. Let me know what you’ve always wanted to do.

In my MOLT Method™ Program, we focus on mindset, organization, lifestyle, and reducing toxins to uplift your spirits and enhance your overall well-being. I created this program to guide and support you through a transformative journey. Will you join me?
