I was the guest on a podcast recently. Actually, a podcast is not really cast on a pod anymore … at least not exclusively.
So, we refer to it as a show episode. If you’d like to see some of my previous guest appearances, we have a library of them HERE. This particular show hasn’t aired yet.
The show host had been recently diagnosed with a serious condition and invasive surgery was recommended. The medical doctor planned to remove organs.
To add even more drama, the doctor suggested that she see an oncologist. We all know what that means … they suspect cancer.
I talk about this scenario in my book, “What’s Your Kryptonite?” It’s what we all want to avoid … THAT chair.
It’s a wake up call and all we want to do is go back to sleep. We’re hoping to wake up a bit later and realize it was just a nightmare.
It IS a nightmare. There’s no denying that.
She has a lot of hard decisions to make and a “zillion” doctors appointments to make time for. Time away from her busy life for treatments and recovery.
How does it get to this point?
You suppress symptoms. You ignore warning signs. You put a bandage on a festering wound so that it isn’t so unsightly.
We’ve been conditioned to take this approach from the earliest moments of our life. So, I get it.
When I suggest that you take the time you will be spending in the future dealing with some crazy disease diagnosis to get to the root cause of your health issues NOW it can leave you feeling like you’re wandering around in the desert …
… ALONE.
It doesn’t have to be that way. You’re here! And, there’s an easy way to get started.
If you haven’t read my book, I’ve even included it as a bonus with the Human Energy System Reboot Kit.
If you’re not ready for a Reboot (REALLY?! Everyone could use a Reboot!), just start with the book. You need to understand the can of worms that you’re kicking down the road.
Until next week …
Be Well!
