2025:7 Soothing AND Distracting 🎣

minute/s remaining

I thought that we would be celebrating a milestone this year. The first Madame President.

The reality is not what I had hoped. But I still have control over my thoughts … and the resulting feelings. 💭

Sure. It’s more challenging when we aren’t happy with what we see.

For me, that has me exploring a Central American country that has been on my “bucket list” for many years. Every morning I sit on the porch watching and listening to the birds in the garden.🏡

This is how we deal with any unwanted condition to keep it from gaining momentum. No … it doesn’t require escaping to a foreign country. You just have to distract yourself with experiences that are easy to enjoy.

Life is full of contrasting experiencesLet’s learn to appreciate every one of them. I do that with the tools and techniques in my MOLT Method™ Program.
