I’ve been working on my new book this week. It’s well underway.

The toxins section was the focus and it actually surprised me when I realized how much overlap there is between the ideas of toxicity and clutter. Clutter creeps in just like toxins do.

Sometimes it shows up in plain sight … piles of paper, clothes that no longer serve us, half-finished projects. But just as often, it settles in quietly: scattered thoughts, overpacked schedules, or even toxic buildup in our bodies.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on all of the above.

Six years ago, we merged our home and work spaces … thinking it was temporary. It wasn’t.

And while I’d always dreamed of a perfectly designed “HOffice,” this wasn’t that. We held onto more than we should’ve, assuming the disruption would be short-lived.

But temporary turned into semi-permanent, and now we’re untangling years of accumulated stuff. Physical clutter, yes … but also the emotional and energetic weight that comes with it.

And here’s what I’ve come to see clearly …

Clutter … of any kind … creates stress. It makes it harder to …

breathe

think

heal.

This is exactly why I developed what’s now the MOLT Method™. I needed a way to consistently clear space … not just in the closet or garage, but in my internal systems too. Whether it’s one drawer or one thought pattern, every bit of clearing supports our nervous system.

So, I’ve been taking it one step at a time.

One bin. One decision. One supportive breath.

It doesn’t have to be dramatic to be meaningful.

If you’re navigating your own version of “clutter,” I invite you to return to the basics. Reclaim one corner of calm. Release what no longer serves.

And if you’re ready for deeper support, that’s what we’re doing inside Wellness Warriors.

It’s a place for women who are making space for clarity, energy, and vitality … inside and out.
