If you’ve been in my world for a bit, you may have heard me say, “I don’t recommend using any supplement long-term.”
That doesn’t stop people from taking random supplements. When asked, they can’t remember how long they’ve been taking it …
… or worse …
… what they were hoping it would do for them.
We should only be supplementing for KNOWN deficiencies. If we supplement randomly … or for an extended period of time (more than 3 months), it can cause a toxic buildup.
This adds insult to injury when you factor in the cost of the supplements that are doing more harm than good.
We all wish there was a “one size fits all” supplement that would work magic. But we are not “one size” and there is no magic supplement.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
You need a customized approach. That starts with an assessment so that we have a baseline.
