… I know NO people that don’t have symptoms.
Including ME!
This week I was put to the test.
After a fitful night of sleep, I crawled out of bed and into the recliner. I had been possessed by some “bug” during the night. The physical discomfort was amplified by the powerful energy of the eclipse AND an aggravated immune system due to seasonal pollen.
This was “next level” discomfort. The headache was so bad that even I took a pain reliever. (This typically happens about twice in a YEAR!)
When that barely dented the pain, I knew that rest was the answer and I had to create some excess resources so that my body could focus on the emergency. Throwing more pain relievers at the problem might have created a tsunami of issues.
Rather, I woke up the next morning 80% better. And, as the day went on, I was back to 90%+.
In the spirit of Easter, I was renewed after a period of tribulation! It was a good lesson.
The body needs energy to deal with repairs and maintenance. When energy is low and the demand increases, you MUST cooperate by eliminating all optional activities.
This was an unplanned spontaneous reboot. Sometimes, there’s we have little control over it.
If you’re suppressing symptoms regularly, you are headed for an AVOIDABLE reboot.
Don’t let that happen.
