I’m writing you today from the Caribbean where I am enjoying a couple of weeks of significantly warmer weather and an abundance of sunshine. 

My human battery is recharging!

That’s what exposure to sun and sea do for us. And when our battery is fully charged our body has the resources it needs to take care of deferred maintenance. 

If it’s been awhile since our body has had excess resources, then the deferred maintenance is not going to be taken care of in a week or two … or even three.

For example, it takes several months for our body to completely refresh red blood cells. When the body is forced to do that with limited resources, the quality of the new cells isn’t great.

It’s not hard to see why our health deteriorates over time when we NEVER give our bodies an extended period of time for healing. 

That’s why I was inspired to create the MOLT 100-Day Challenge. When we intentionally reduce stress (of all types) over an extended period, our body has enough time to take care of some significant deferred maintenance.

This challenge is the easiest (and least costly) way to get my help. 

The challenge is essentially the foundation for my more comprehensive program that applies my FATEEG Formula. So, everyone who wants my help starts with the MOLT Method. 

This is the first time I’m facilitating applying the MOLT Method as a challenge. So, I’m offering it at a ridiculously low price.
