The list of excuses is fairly short.
It’s expensive.
It’s inconvenient.
It’s not that important.
Honestly … they’re all valid except the last one.
You may have heard that it’s only important to look for organic with certain fruits and vegetables. That approach exposes you to chemicals that are commonly found in unlikely food sources.
One of those sources probably isn’t even on your “watchlist”when you’re shopping.
It’s grains. All of them! Some examples include:
Flour
Rice
Oats
Corn
When grain is harvested, it’s often sprayed with chemicals to preserve it as it makes its way to your table. The only way to ensure that hasn’t happened is to insist on organic.
So, if you find that avoiding certain foods hasn’t helped much with your symptoms, it could be that your system is already overloaded with toxins from eating commercially grown food.
A system overloaded with toxins leads to what I refer to as clogged internal filters. It’s just one of the ways that slows our body’s ability to produce energy.
And some of these chemicals are impossible for your body to excrete without some help.
The longer your body tries to deal with the toxic buildup on its own, the less energy it has for basic operations. This leads to chronic fatigue and many other symptoms that have no diagnosable cause.
The answer is to significantly reduce the toxic load by using organic where possible for anything that goes in or on your body.
You may also need a bit of help detoxing your clogged filters. But we need to know what we’re dealing with … because any detox protocol puts stress on the body. You want to make sure it’s necessary and designed to address the specific problem.
I start with an assessment that includes a BioField scan to evaluate 12 categories of toxicity. It removes the guesswork. If you’re interested in an assessment, you can get started here.
Either way … I hope you’ll pay closer attention when you’re shoppingand look for the word ‘organic’ on the package.
