2024:46 Women Produce More of THIS πŸ’ž

minute/s remaining

The past couple of weeks have been stressful on a level I haven’t experienced in a VERY long time.

I heard one woman describe a revelation about the stress she had endured … explaining that she realized that her senses were numb. After several days, she was just starting to taste and smell again.

For me, I felt a heightened sense of anxiety with internal sensations that are difficult to explain.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced overwhelming … and scary … anxiety.

So, if you’re also experiencing symptoms that have you concerned … know you’re not alone.

But, you may not get much empathy at home.

In fact, stress affects men and women differently due to many factors. Women often report higher stress levels and are more likely to experience anxiety and depression.

And, lingering depression has been correlated to disease … especially cancer.

What’s the antidote?

We need to MOLT stress. Shed it like any other creature in nature!

Don’t ignore it or suppress the symptoms.

Fortunately, women produce more oxytocin during stress. This is one of the happy brain chemicals and it is meant to motivate us to reach out to others that we care about AND feel safe with.

Men want to fight when stressed. We want to LOVE!

If you’re struggling to manage stress and looking for your β€œtribe,” the MOLT Membership could be a lifeline for you.

Will you take it?
