It’s that time of year again. Just about everyone is struggling to manage the effects of seasonal allergies.
It should be a few weeks of discomfort … and it’s behind you for another year.
But I find that more and more people are dealing with allergies year-round. And when seasonal effects add to the mix, they are overwhelmed.
It gets even more complicated when someone uses an allergy relief medication to suppress the symptoms … especially long-term.
These medications (prescription or over-the-counter) create nerve damage … slowly. So, the pain that grows over time is never associated with the cause.
So, what do I recommend to relief the discomfort associated with seasonal allergies?
Remember, any symptom is a sign that your body has been trying to manage something and it’s hit its limit.
Don’t make matters worse by pushing the symptom back into the body. That’s like shoving the garbage under the bed!
Not surprising when a noticeable stench develops.
Rather, reduce EVERY aggravation you have control over. Free up some resources.
Typical aggravators are …
- Stress (even the good kind!)
- Inflammatory foods (dairy, gluten, yeast, sugar, alcohol)
- EMF (electromagnetic frequencies)
When you lighten the load that your body has to carry, it will more easily manage the short-term effects of seasonal allergens.
Just say NO to symptom suppression … and invest in a few boxes of tissue. I always say …
Toxins are better out than in!
