2025:23 The Sunshine Vitamin 🌞

minute/s remaining

A couple of colleagues shared posts this week that for me were “preaching to the choir.”

I learned this the hard way … so you don’t have to.

Many women 👩 are still deficient … even though they’re “doing everything right.” Taking supplements. Eating fortified foods. Following doctor’s orders.

And yet … they still feel off.

What’s the common deficiency?

Here’s what most people don’t realize …

It plays a key 🔑 role in regulating other hormones. So, a deficiency can leave you feeling moody, fatigued, or even anxious.

But here’s the part that you will rarely hear …

That doesn’t mean burning your skin or baking for hours. It means gently reintroducing your body to safe, consistent sunlight … especially after months indoors.

I don’t recommend long-term supplement use for most things, and Vitamin D is no exception. Mega-dosing can cause its own imbalances.

The answer isn’t more pills … it’s more presence. More attunement to what your body really needs.

This is how Wellness Warriors™ rebalance hormones and restore energy … sustainably and long-term. If you’re not already a member, there’s no time like the present.

So as we move into summer, here’s your gentle invitation …
