Have you ever had one of those weeks where you were crazy busy and you donāt feel like you accomplished much? š„“
Of course you have!
The reality is I got a lot done but it wasnāt what I had at the top of the list when the week started.
As it turns out, much of what I did do will produce better results.
So, itās important to be flexible, have an open-mind, and let our intuition guide us.
This is definitely not the message you would have received from the me of 30 years
ago. This is the older ⦠and hopefully wiser ⦠me. š©āš¦³
This is the me that assembled the most effective tools I use regularly in a program I call the MOLT Methodā¢.
I used one of my favorite tools this week ⦠Aware Appreciation⢠⦠to keep stress from escalating. When you intentionally find things to appreciate, you naturally notice more things to appreciate.
It has a snowball effect šØļøā¦ creating the sort of momentum that moves the needle in life.
Trying to force appreciation can backfire. There are a few āhacksā I include in the Quick Start Guide⢠that will help you squeeze every ounce of benefit out of the practice.
The MOLT Method⢠with all of my tools is in the Wellness Warriors⢠membership. And, you can try it for just $1.
If not now, when? Wellness Warriors⢠are improving their ability to manage stress every day ⦠and youāre invited to join them.
