Have you ever had one of those weeks where you were crazy busy and you don’t feel like you accomplished much? 🥴

Of course you have!

The reality is I got a lot done but it wasn’t what I had at the top of the list when the week started.

As it turns out, much of what I did do will produce better results.

This is definitely not the message you would have received from the me of 30 years

ago. This is the older … and hopefully wiser … me. 👩‍🦳

This is the me that assembled the most effective tools I use regularly in a program I call the MOLT Method™.

I used one of my favorite tools this week … Aware Appreciation™to keep stress from escalating. When you intentionally find things to appreciate, you naturally notice more things to appreciate.

It has a snowball effect 🌨️… creating the sort of momentum that moves the needle in life.

Trying to force appreciation can backfire. There are a few “hacks” I include in the Quick Start Guide™ that will help you squeeze every ounce of benefit out of the practice.
