So, it’s important to be flexible, have an open-mind, and let our intuition guide us.

I used one of my favorite tools this week … Aware Appreciation™ … to keep stress from escalating. When you intentionally find things to appreciate, you naturally notice more things to appreciate.
It has a snowball effect 🌨️… creating the sort of momentum that moves the needle in life.
