We’re continuing with the Days of Christmas. And, this fifth day brings five golden rings.
An image of the Olympic rings comes to mind. Most of us remember the credit card commercial. Experiences are priceless!
So, let’s explore the five most precious areas of life that, like the rings, are interconnected and eternal.
The Five Golden Rings of Life
⚕️Health & Wellness
Your physical and mental well-being is your first golden ring. As research shows, no amount of money can restore health once it’s compromised. When you’re healthy, you have more energy, greater productivity, and a clearer mind for making life’s important decisions.
⛳ Work & Purpose
Your second golden ring represents your professional life. Like a ring, your career should be a perfect fit – not so tight it constrains you, not so loose it slips away. Mental strength in your work life helps you overcome obstacles and bounce back from setbacks.
💝 Relationships & Community
The third golden ring symbolizes your connections. Strong social bonds and community ties lead to a longer, more fulfilling life. Your network provides inspiration, motivation, and support that no amount of money could buy.
📈 Financial Wealth
Your fourth golden ring represents financial abundance. While money isn’t everything, it provides the foundation for choices and opportunities. Like a ring, it should be a tool that serves you. Financial wealth doesn’t define you. It’s a useful tool.
🌱 Spiritual Growth
The fifth golden ring represents your spiritual journey – your connection to something greater than yourself. This enriches all other aspects of life. This goes beyond your participation in a spiritual or religious community. Your spiritual growth is highly correlated with satisfaction. It makes life worth living.
Just as the 12 Days of Christmas song builds verse upon verse, each of these 5 “departments” of life build on the others to create a harmonious and balanced life. When one strengthens, the others naturally follow. 🎄
These 5 areas of life are meant to shine together, creating an interconnected circle of wholeness.
I created a workbook over 20 years ago that focuses on creating breakthroughs in all areas of life. It’s evolved over the years but it’s just one of many tools I have created and include in the MOLT Method™ Program.
MOLT helps us shed stress. And, it’s stress that strips the joy out of life.
MOLT Members have my help applying the principles and using the tools … along with the comfort of knowing there are peeps out there that “get you!”
If you could use some support creating balance in any or all of the 5 areas of life, MOLT is a great place to start.
