I’ve been looking for the perfect mattress to replace what we’ve been sleeping on. The situation was originally temporary … but temporary has extended to 5 years.

Time flies! Seriously!

Improvements have happened along the way. It hasn’t been enough.

How do I know? I long for sleeping in a Westin “Heavenly Bed.”

A high quality bed and bedding is pricey. Thousands of dollars!

When you’re thinking about where to invest your resources (money, time, etc.), remember that you spend ⅓ of your life in bed. And, if you don’t sleep well, you’ll end up being less productive in the remaining ⅔ of your life.

So, investing in your sleep environment pays BIG dividends.

In addition to creating your version of a “heavenly bed,” here’s a few other changes you can make in the bedroom that will increase your chances of sleeping soundly.

Stress can be a big obstacle if your sleep could use improvement. Learning to manage stress is the key to living long and healthy.

That’s why I have been assembling tools to deal with stress for several decades. And, I organized them into a program I call the MOLT Method™

MOLT helps us shed stress! MOLT Members have my help applying the principles and using the tools … along with the comfort of knowing there are peeps out there that “get you!”
