Turkey has been particularly tasty this week. Tuesday is Turkey Day (every week) at one of my favorite lunch haunts.
This Tuesday, the turkey was “off the charts.” Tender … moist … and the gravy … YUM!
Is the turkey actually better this time of year or does the extra focus and appreciation make it SEEM better?
When we practice appreciation, even things that we’re finding particularly challenging don’t seem that bad. We can find aspects to appreciate in E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G.
- Losing a job forces you to find a new one that’s more satisfying in many ways.
- Leaving a relationship provides the opportunity to demonstrate strength and shine on your own.
- Dealing with a health crisis gives you the “swift kick” you needed to prioritize yourself.
Life happens. Sometimes we are challenged to deal with experiences we would have never asked for.
It might feel comforting to wallow in victimhood for awhile. But staying there for an extended period is hazardous for your health.
What’s the fastest and practically foolproof way to get unstuck … even when you’ve been wallowing for so long it feels like you’re in quicksand?
I created a tool that amplifies the results. It’s in the Mindset module of my MOLT Method™ Program.
I lowered the price of membership (by 64%!) for the next week to make it easy to join.
Will I welcome you to the community?
