2024:16 Poop Doesn’t Lie 👀

Most women ask me what supplement they should take to relieve their symptoms … whatever that symptoms may be.

I pause for a moment to craft a caring response … but this is what I’m REALLY thinking.

You need to identify the root cause!

Are you good with wasting money?

You’ll have expensive poop!

Is there a risk of fatty liver?

It’s just adding more toxicity!

Taking a supplement for the purpose of suppressing a symptom solves NOTHING.

All you get is a toilet full of expensive poo … unless your liver has become clogged and then the supplement turned a small problem into a BIG ONE.

Don’t get me wrong. I do recommend supplements … and take them myself.

BUT …

I only recommend or take supplements that address a known deficiency. And, a specific supplement is never taken for more than 3 to 6 months. If it was the right supplement the problem should be solved. We can move on to the next issue which requires a DIFFERENT supplement.

This requires that we identify the Kryptonite that’s draining our energy. That’s not likely to happen if we focus on suppressing the symptom … as quickly as possible.

And, when you figure out what’s really causing the problem it’s an eye-opener. 👁️‍🗨️

And a great reminder.

It’s dangerous to suppress symptoms … naturally or chemically.

When we medicate symptoms, we drive the toxic stress that is really causing the problem further into the body.

More systems in the body are affected and more symptoms surface.

It’s a slippery slope.

So I know, it’s a big ask! ⛰️

When I tell you to avoid suppressing symptoms (and that your symptoms are clues), it forces you to take a drastically different approach to deal with health issues.

We need to stop suppressing symptoms and get to the bottom of what’s really going on … to restore our body’s energy reserves. That’s going to require that we take a different approach.

We need to …

  • Be patient with our bodies
  • Develop awareness
  • Learn how to be our own PCP

In my book, “What’s Your Kryptonite?”, I encourage readers to be their primary care person. You know best what’s really going on with you …

… what works for you and what doesn’t.

When you identify a deficiency, it’s best to get the extra micronutrients through food sources. This allows your body to fill the tank with what it does need and let go of what it doesn’t.

Digestion naturally handles what we don’t need … assuming it’s functioning properly. 🔥

We may need to supplement in the short-term because we’ve got a deficiency that wouldn’t be practical to address with food. But we don’t want to take this approach long-term for many reasons.

When you focus on the root cause of the problem, you’re going to experience other positive side effects as the primary concern begins to fade. And, in the process you’ve learned to become your own PCP.

The initial pre-work for anyone starting my FATEEG Formula Program is what I refer to as a Human Energy System Reboot. I just created a DIY Planner for the Reboot with all of my instructions. I would love for you to try it yourself.

In as little as 10 days … even if you only have 30 minutes to spare, you can relieve the pesky symptoms AND identify your unique Kryptonite. That’s only 5 hours.

I just eliminated another excuse. You know what to do! Are you ready for a reboot? Get started HERE.

Remember, you are your best PCP … primary care person. It’s a big job, but you’ve got this!
