I put myself on a new protocol last week.

YES! I practice what I preach. ❤️

I had an upper respiratory infection a couple of months ago and I noticed symptoms pointing to a lingering toxic build-up in my lungs. 🚨 My body needed some help clearing it out.

My lungs are my weakest point. I had chronic bronchitis as a baby and years of regular treatment with antibiotics contributed to long-term damage that I am constantly working to repair.

Sound familiar?

Most of us have a point of weakness where our body shows us the first signs that it’s stressed

Do you pay attention to the signs and step up your “game” to support the healing efforts?

Or …

Do you suppress the symptoms?

When we suppress symptoms, we just allow the toxicity to build.

Not a good strategy!

If you want to know what I recommend you do instead, check out the replay from my Restore Your Super Powers workshop. It’s not always available … but I’m making an exception for Wellness Weekly subscribers.
