You just need to list (in writing) 10 unique things that you are aware of and appreciate. What we mean by unique is that yesterday’s list cannot be recycled. Each day you must come up with 10 NEW things you appreciate.
In 100 days, you will have accumulated 1,000 things you appreciate. And, I imagine you will learn alot about yourself along the way.
