Hi there, TEST!

Earlier this week, I heard something in a training with Dr. Joe Dispenza that stopped me in my tracks. He used an example I could personally relate to.

He talked about walking on hot coals. I’ve done that myself … barefoot 🦶 across a blazing firebed.

And I can tell you, it’s not a party trick.

It only works when you’re fully present … when your energy is aligned and your nervous system is calm. You don’t walk through fire on a random Tuesday afternoon with a thousand stressors tugging at you. Not safely, anyway.

Joe’s point (and mine) is this …

When your internal energy is finely tuned, you can handle a lot more than you think.

In fact, some stories he shared go even further.

People eating broken glass without harm.

It made me think. How many of us are already eating broken glass every day?

🌭Processed foods.

🌭Inflammatory inputs.

😶‍🌫️Gut-wrecking stress.

☠️Toxic thought patterns.

Our systems are under siege … not just occasionally … but constantly.

Yes, the human body is astonishingly adaptable. But adaptability isn’t invincibility.

Just because you can walk on fire 🔥 or swallow the stress of another sleepless night doesn’t mean you should.

Our real power comes not from pushing through … but from tuning in.

So here’s your invitation!

Be your own Primary Care Person.

Nourish your energy field.

Avoid what you can and manage the rest … skillfully, wisely, and with tools that support true resilience.

If you need help learning how, that’s exactly why I created the Wellness Warriors community. It’s where we tune up … not tough it out.

Because living well isn’t about what you can survive.

It’s about what you’re no longer willing to tolerate.
