Hi there,

I went hiking today. 👢

It’s one of my absolute favorite things to do.

Somehow, I’d let too much time pass since my last hike.

Life gets busy. The “To Do List” 🗒️ is endless. And before you know it, the “important” stuff has pushed out the essential stuff.

Here’s what I remembered on the trail today:

Spending time in nature … in the way you enjoy most … is one of the best investments you can make with your most valuable resource …

your time.

Time is not a renewable resource. Once you spend it, it’s gone.

So where you put it matters.

An hour on the trail returns more to me than an hour at my desk ever could.

Clearer thinking, a calmer mind, and a little extra oxygen in my lungs

… along with a soothed soul.

Your version of that might look different. Here are a few ideas to spark inspiration:

🚶‍♀️ Take a short walk in your neighborhood and notice three things you’ve never seen before.

🪑 Sit outside in the morning and just listen — no media!

🌱 Plant something small and watch it grow over the coming weeks.

🧺 Pack a simple picnic and eat it somewhere with a view.

📖 Put a book you’ve been meaning to read in your bag and spend a chapter in fresh air.

Don’t wait until life “slows down.” That’s a myth.

Make space for this now. You’ll be more energized, focused, and ready for whatever’s next.

In our Wellness Warriors community, we talk a lot about using your time in ways that truly support your well-being. We share practical ways to integrate these moments of restoration into everyday life … even in the busiest weeks.

If you’re ready to start making those changes, we’d love to welcome you.
