I have some exciting news … I’ve been accepted into Dr. Joe Dispenza’s spring 2026 Inner Health Coalition cohort.

This is the group he created for fellow healthcare professionals. It will be great to meet other practitioners that are aligned with my approach and philosophy. 

I knew his name but never explored his work until last year. If you don’t know his work, let me tell you why this matters … to “you”.

For years now, I’ve been sharing a message that some people find hard to believe:

That’s been my message. And I’ll be honest … it’s not always an easy sell.

Because we’ve been taught to look for external solutions.

This is where theory meets practice. Where we’ll offer hands-on support for women ready to reclaim their energy and fall back in love with their bodies … and their lives.
