2025:15 Consistency is key! 🗝️

Last week was Fast Well Week for us … the Wellness Warriors™.

And …

Digestive rest is only possible with fasting. The benefits compound over time.

When I was setting up my new KetoMojo, I went back through my notes from the past few years. I track my readings during every extended fast.

It was interesting to see how much my metabolic flexibility improved with a 3-day fast every couple of months.

With metabolic flexibility comes easier weight management, improved digestion … and generally feeling (and looking) less puffy. 🐹

Sure, fasting for an extended period (in this case 3 days) is uncomfortable. But with a bit of preparation (which is what Days 1 and 2 are focused on), it’s not that hard.

If you’re not already a Wellness Warrior™, there’s no time like the present. Join us and you’ll be ready for the next Fast Well Week.
