I’ve been working to clear clutter. If I was an outsider, I’d wonder if the person living in my environment was a hoarder.

It’s been a busy year and I have “kicked the can down the road” telling myself that disorder is temporary.

If a problem continues beyond 6 months (give or take), it’s no longer temporary.

End of the road!

If it’s causing stress, it MUST be addressed.

Clutter is a great metaphor for how we put a “band-aid” on a problem. We stuff things in closets or cabinets until they overflow.

Ask me how I know??!!

Then the clutter is undeniable. I can see it E.V.E.R.Y.W.H.E.R.E.

This is how health issues escalate. By the time the symptoms appear, there is lots of clutter (toxicity) that the body has stored.

In the MOLT Method I developed, clutter is addressed using the “O” … Order.

When things become disorderly for an extended period, stress builds. Each thing that needs attention creates what’s known as an Open Loop. They consume fractions of our mind to the point where it’s impossible to focus.

SIGH! I have lots of Open Loops to close.

But, I’m on it!

Let me remind you (and ME!) that disorder creates stress … and stress is the cause of 90%+ of disease.

If you look around and feel like clutter has gotten out of control in your environment, it’s time to apply some of my suggestions in the MOLT Method Program.
