Over 25 years ago, I had Lasik surgery and walked out of the doctor’s office with 20/20 vision. It was one of those “I can’t believe I waited so long” experiences.
It took many years of incremental deterioration to finally force me to depend on corrective lenses. I’ll never forget the first basketball game I attended with my new glasses. I was SHOCKED that I could read the names on the backs of the jerseys.
It was nice to be able to see clearly but I hated wearing glasses. I eventually turned to contact lenses and then to the extended-wear option so that I could avoid poking my eyes out every morning and evening.
I had come to the conclusion that the surgery was less risky than my abuse of the extended wear contact lenses I often over-extended. And, the surgery was SOOO EASY.
🕬 So, believe me when I tell you that wearing readers … and now blue-blocking readers … feels like a bad joke. The doctor who performed the Lasik surgery warned me that age-related deterioration was likely. Thankfully it was slow.
The ill effects of the light (and EMF) from screens is real. I had to take precautions … and you should too.
I tried a few pairs of blue blocking glasses but they were so uncomfortable I never wore them. Thankfully, my new pair is different. If I have to wear glasses, I can live with these.
And, I have noticed that wearing the orange tinted glasses in the evening supports my natural melatonin production. I find myself starting to yawn and feeling drowsy.
That’s the idea!
I’ve also added some protection for the electromagnetic frequencies (EMF) that are inescapable in my environment. I can feel the energetic disturbance when I’m exposed for too long.
If you have a lot of sensitivities including allergies, food, environmental, etc., you are probably experiencing an energetic disturbance and “drain” from these geopathic stressors too. So, before you supplement with melatonin, make sure your pineal gland isn’t under stress from outside sources.
This is just another one of the Tricky Toxins we talk about in the MOLT Method™ Program. And, my Energetic Toxic Burden Scan is one of the ways I monitor this and other toxic stressors.
